As of the 4^th May, you will be able to come into our shop to view and buy local artists work, this is a fantastic opportunity to get hold of some amazing pieces of art and to enjoy a cup of tea and cake in the unusual setting among the scents of our delicious oils.

What is Artists Open Houses?

Twice a year artists and makers open their houses and studios, providing art lovers the chance to browse and buy original artwork direct from the artist. With a focus on quality and value for money, the Artists Open Houses festival aims to bring a dynamic mix of arts and crafts to the widest possible audience, providing visitors and viewers with engaging and inspiring experiences.

This year NHR Organic Oils will be hosting Artist Open Houses at their premises, as part of the seven dials trail.

Visitors can expect to see a wide range of art including jewellery, textiles, sculpture, printmaking, photography and paper machier, whilst also having the opportunity to chat directly with the artists. The Artists Open Houses festival is free for visitors and open to everyone.

NHR Organic Oils will also have loose leaf teas and gluten & dairy free cakes served by Heather Hardy of 'Love~Bites'. Our back garden will be open for you to enjoy refreshments among some green artwork.

When?

The artwork will be displayed in our shop during the Brighton Festival in May 2013, we will be OPEN 7 days a week, although only serving teas and cakes on weekends.

POP UP TEA ROOM
As part of the Brighton Festival in May 2013, Love~bites will open a pop up tea room, every weekend at NHR Organic Oils, serving delicious loose leaf teas, and various cakes and snacks, all gluten, dairy and sugar free of course. So you will be able to view and buy local artist work as well as take time out for a tea break. Lets hope the weather perks up by then, and we'll have seats outside.
