Caution~ Avoid in pregnancy.

Aroma ~ Sweet, strong, herbaceous.

Extraction ~ by steam distillation from the flowering herb.

Use ~ A good digestive oil especially upper digestive issues (stomach, small intestine).  Useful for indecision.  Encourages purposefulness and clarity.
