Aroma - Green, resinous, balsamic, woody

Also known as - Stone pine or Swiss stone pine

Extraction - Steam distillation

Part of Plant - Leaves, twigs

Country of Origin - Italy

Chemical Constituents - alpha-pinene, beta-phellandrene, beta-pinene

Uses - Stimulant, expectorant and antibacterial. An excellent oil for sleep, relaxation and deep breathing. Stimulates circulation, and may help calm inflammation and muscle tension. Swiss Pine is useful for anyone who needs grounding. Calming and clearing to the mind.
