Botanical Name - Salvia sclarea

Aroma - Smoky, warm and herbaceous

Extraction - Steam distillation

Part of Plant - Flowers

Country of Origin - France / Moldova

Chemical Constituents - Linalol, linalyl acetate, sclareol

Caution - Avoid use with alcohol and in pregnancy. May cause drowsiness.

Uses - Very relaxing, encourages sleep. Eases panic and nervous tension. A useful tonic for the female reproductive system as it can help ease premenstrual tension and cramps.

Mind & Spirit - Said to aid sleep and facilitate lucid dreaming.
