Caution - Practitioner advice is recommended before use as it is a strong oil. Avoid in pregnancy, epilepsy and high blood pressure. Use moderately.
Uses - Stimulating and warming, helps strengthen the body and may raise low blood pressure. Particularly good in respiratory conditions, where it opens the lungs, fights infection and clears mucus. A powerful oil to be used with caution.
