Botanical Name - Ravensara aromatica

Aroma - Similar to eucalyptus, but warm and clove-like.

Extraction - Steam distillation

Part of Plant - Leaves

Country of Origin - Madagascar

Chemical Constituents - Limonene, a-pinene, sabinene

Caution - Avoid in pregnancy

Uses - A strongly anti-viral and anti infectious oil, supportive for the immune system. An very useful oil for chest & lungs in the winter season. Effective in a muscle rub for and everyday aches and pains and healthy circulation. Can be used in topical treatments for viral skin conditions.

Organic Certificate - This essential oil is certified organic by the Soil Association, which means you can be sure that it has been produced to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The Soil Association’s standards exceed the UK government's minimum requirements for organic products in many areas but particularly in animal welfare, GM and the use of pesticides. Standards are constantly reviewed to ensure they deal with current issues.

Sizes 30ml, 50ml and 100ml are not packaged in the metal tins. Please store these larger sizes in fridge/cool dark area

Sizes 250ml to 500ml are bottled in industry-standard aluminium flasks
