Note: The Latin name of Rosemary was changed in 2019 by the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) from Rosmarinus officinalis to Salvia rosmarinus.
DNA genetic research in 2017 discovered that Rosemary is actually a type of sage (salvia), and is closely related to culinary sage (Salvia officinalis).
