Production & Bottling Assistant – Organic Essential
Oils
Part-Time (Flexible) | Starting August 2026
Location: NHR Organic Oils, 24 Chatham Place, Brighton, BN1 3TN
NHR Organic Oils is looking for a really kind, reliable, and
conscientious new team member to join our small, dedicated team. This is a
hands-on role supporting the production and fulfilment of our organic
aromatherapy oil orders.
Your need to have integrity, kindness and a good
understanding or sympathy of the organic and natural products like certified
organic essential oils.
You'll be helping to bottle, label, and pack our products
with care and precision. Attention to detail is essential, as we operate to
Soil Association Organic standards, which include strict record-keeping
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bottling
and labelling products by hand
- Maintaining
accurate production records
- Occasional
supporting order fulfilment and shipping
- General
cleaning and recycling duties
- Assisting
with customer service as needed
This role may suit someone who is:
- Warm,
positive, and kind
- Practical,
methodical, and able to focus on details
- Passionate
about organic living, essential oils, or environmental ethics (an
advantage, but not essential)
Full training will be provided. Non-smoker preferred for this role.
Essential Skills:
- Comfortable
working both independently and as part of a small team
- Physically
able to lift containers up to 25kg
- Moderate
computer literacy
- Basic
maths and numeracy skills
- A
great eye for detail and doing things very neatly and carefully is needed.
Hours and contract:
Part Time Flexible
Permanent contract is subject to an initial trial period of
approximately 3 months.
Salary: £13.45 per hour (Living wage)
