Welcome to our Spring Newsletter 2021 at NHR Organic Oils.
Spring is definitely in the air and Summer is even approaching. So here is to hope and growth and that our lives will look more normal in a few months from now.
We are just finally getting to grips with Brexit issues and importing and exporting, but it has been a huge challenge with many impediments, but I feel we have found a way through. So thank you to all our EU customers for your patience and for staying with us.
We have taken on three new staff at NHR Organic oils: Guilia, Ezme and Niamh and who have brought such lovely new energy, talents and sweetness to NHR Organic Oils, so I would like to officially welcome them. They are working on a new website design (very long overdue!!) updating our photos and digitalizing our paper stock systems, as well as helping lovingly to bottle by hand all our wonderful organic oils.

Michal Levin
Visionary Teacher, Intuitive Guide and Artist
Michal has just launched her new website this week, I recommend you have a look. It is clear, informative and she has just released her beautiful energy paintings, that she has been working on over the last few years. I have been working with Michal for over 25 years, my life has been deeply transformed in so many ways, the journey and gratitude go ever deeper, as each layer reveals itself, for another opportunity for growth.
There are not many teachers I have met in my life who I can unreservedly recommend, actually only one person…. Michal. My nature is fiercely discriminating.
Of course, I am acutely aware that what is right for me is not necessarily right for others. We all have our individual path to growth, respecting difference is deeply ingrained in me, as is the love of the sacred, which joins us all. Most importantly how to integrate all this into everyday life, normally, grounded and strong, is truly personal and individual.
Yet it feels right to write about Michal’s teachings and her abilities to truly help others, in case there are a few who resonate with her. So do please have a look at the links below and her new website.

Story from Kolinka Zinovieff
About 5 years ago my dentist told me my gums were receding badly in various places and sent me to the periodontist and was adamant I needed deep gum tissue and root cleaning work to avoid further tooth and bone loss, it was very serious they said! The procedure sounded fine and normal until I asked them what they actually did! It involves peeling back your gums or tearing them away from your teeth, to put it bluntly, then cleaning the bacteria and scale from the roots and re-stitching your gums back into place….. “ouch” was my reaction. Apparently, this is a normal standard periodontal deep cleaning procedure. Anyway, I delayed it for 3 years with ever increasing pressure from my dentist and further receding gums and threats of bone and tooth loss. “There is no alternative apart from losing your teeth and more bone loss” they all said in unison. Making me feel ever more irresponsible for the delay. It seems this condition runs in my family. I decided to do some research and experiments and created an NHR blend of very strong antibacterial and gum healing essential oils. And for two years put a few drops on my toothbrush every day for a week and then stopped for a few weeks. Then returning to my dentist after two years, he said I was the first patient he had ever seen whose gums had healed, and have started to grow back, and not recede further and even accepted I no longer needed to see a periodontist….. phew. Obviously, gum disease has many causes and we also have to look into stress, diet, exercise as well. But this new NHR Gum Healing oil really helped me. So yet again thank you to these amazing organic essential oils. Always use with advice from your dental practitioners.
