To use - Once a day, add 1-5 drops to toothbrush with toothpaste and brush as normal. 
Use every other day for a whole month, then stop for one month, then carry on alternate months. The blend is very powerful, so having a break for a month is important.

Story from Kolinka Zinovieff:

About 5 years ago my dentist told me my gums were receding badly in various places and sent me to the periodontist and was adamant I needed deep gum tissue and root cleaning work, to avoid further tooth and bone loss, it was very serious they said! 

The procedure sounded fine and normal until I asked them what they actually did! It involves peeling back your gums or tearing them away from your teeth, to put it bluntly, then cleaning the bacteria and scale from the roots and re-stitching your gums back into place….. "ouch!" was my reaction. Apparently, this is a normal standard periodontal deep cleaning procedure.

Anyway, I delayed it for 3 years with ever-increasing pressure from my dentist and further receding gums and threats of bone and tooth loss. " There is no alternative apart from losing your teeth and more bone loss” they all said in unison. Making me feel ever more irresponsible for the delay.

It seems this condition runs in my family. I decided to do some research and experiments and created a NHR blend of very strong antibacterial and gum healing essential oils. And for two years Added 1-5 drops to toothbrush with toothpaste and brushed as normal and did this every two or three days for a month, then I stopped for one month, then restarted. I returning to my dentist after two years, he said I was the first patient he had ever seen whose gums had healed, and have started to grow back, and not recede further and even accepted I no longer needed to see a periodontist….. phew.

Obviously, gum disease has many causes and we also have to look into stress, diet, exercise as well. For example it is really important to wash your mouth and clean between your teeth after every meal, and use a water toothpick is helpul to give your mouth and gums a chance to fully heal. This new NHR Gum healing oil really helped me. So yet again thank you to these amazing organic essential oils.
