UK orders - Deilvery cost on most orders are £4.50 ( extra heavy orders are £9.95) Most orders will arrive within 2-3 working days. (For guaranteed next day delivery please write "guaranteed delivery" in special instructions box when filling in name and address details, an extra £3.50 charge will be added.

USA orders -  Most orders will arrive within 3 to 6 working days if received by the Internet or by telephone. (A note for USA orders if you send you order by post please allow 2 weeks for the order to reach us)

EEC orders - Most orders will arrive within 4 -8 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD -  Depending on how remote you are! But most orders will arrive within 2 weeks. Please allow up to 28 working days. For a more accurate delivery time please request info on your individual order.

Notes on delivery costs: They are based on average weights. If you think your order is lighter in weight than normal e.g. only organic essentials have been ordered and not any heavy items e.g. massage oils or shampoo etc, it may work out cheaper if you request an individual delivery/shipping quote, by writing this request in the special instruction box, when you fill in your name and address details. We will then charge you the exact cost of delivery instead of the average cost outlined above. (Warning if your order is heavier than average and you make this request, for an individual delivery/shipping quote, you could be charged more than rates outlined above).
