1. First Class dispatch time is up to 3-5 working days plus delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. Delivery costs start from £3.95 (see table below or final checkout for automatic calculation by weight).

2. Express Priority 1-3 day dispatch with courier service (3-5 days for outside of the UK) if your order is placed before noon - please notify us by phone so we know to prioritise your order. This is very important as we only process orders in the morning. We cannot accommodate priority dispatch for large orders.
Orders placed from Friday morning and over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.

Bulk sized items

If your order contains bulk sized items it can take a little longer depending on our stock. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you. You can then choose to cancel and be refunded for out of stock items should you wish.

UK courier service

For UK orders over 2 kg, we use DPD Next Day delivery with a 1 hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your delivery. You will receive an email on the delivery day with the time your parcel is due to arrive and an option to re-arrange if it is not convenient.

Collections

We offer a click and collect service. Please place your order on the website and we can ensure it is ready for you to come in and collect. Please make sure you choose 'Collect by hand' at checkout to avoid a delivery charge, and let us know when you would like to collect your order in the special instructions box.

Arranging your own courier

We will provide you with the weight and dimensions once your order is ready for collection. For very large orders, there may be a picking and packing fee.

We honour 99.9% of our prices online but as prices for larger quantities over 1 litre can vary from day to day we have to reserve the right to change the prices without notice, but you will never be charged any extra without your permission first.
