NHR Organic Oils Ltd and the Mill Retreat Centre
are looking for new owners and buyers in 2026

I set up NHR Organic Oils over 30 years ago in the early 1990's and the Mill Retreat Centre over 20 years ago. It has been such a deeply fulfilling, at times challenging journey and just amazing seeing them both thrive and grow beyond all my expectations, but It is time for change. I am going to put both NHR Organic Oils and The Mill Retreat Centre up for sale as separate businesses. I am looking for someone who will be able to hold the highest standards and vision, and will want to take them on to the next stage of their journeys by taking on two dynamic, growing and wonderful businesses, that are also financially thriving too.
It feels a huge wrench and change for me as they have been my babies, built from scratch over the last 30 years, NHR Organic Oils started in my sitting room at home in London and then I moved to Brighton, and the Mill Retreat Centre started as a run down dilapidated ruin. I will only sell if I can find someone to hold my highest standards at all levels.

I am expecting the transition to a new owner to be smooth and easy, with no major changes for you, our customers and suppliers and guests, so everything will just carry on as normal and hopefully things will even get better! We definitely need a new website for example!! If you are interested in following your dreams and want to take on a wonderful, thriving Certified Organic Oils company NHR Organic Oils Ltd in Brighton or an amazing thriving Retreat Centre in northern France near Dieppe; The Mill Retreat Centre, or know anyone who might be interested, just contact us. Both business are really successful and thriving financially. I have never sold a business before, so it will be an interesting learning curve, and as I said I will only sell it to someone who will uphold the same or higher vision and standards as I have done, which will be a challenge as my standards are incredibly high on all levels, from choosing the purest organic oils, to how I treat all my staff as generously as possible, and customers and ethical and moral standards on all levels, all feel key to me and my life. So it might take a few years to find that right person or team of people. In the meantime, everything will carry on as normal.

I have been thinking about this change for about a year or two. I want to concentrate on working more on both an inner level and outer level by working with Michal Levina spiritual intuitive teacher, who I have been working with for over 30 years now, she has the very rare gift, I have never come across before of being able to see and understand energy on the deepest level, with such clarity and accuracy and use that gift with wisdom, responsibility and courage, along with a group of people that feel like my deep inner family, who all come from different backgrounds and religions and cultures. Its about personal inner development and evolution, balancing the light and the dark and holding strong true values of personal truth and integrity and interconnection.

It feels the world is so full of turmoil and conflict, that every single individual is urgently needed to carry the light in their own personal way and in some form, and not the fear or hate we see in our world and every day in the media swirling around us. It feels using my financial resources in selling the Mill and NHR to support this work, and increased time for deeper inner developmental work, is a better and more important way of using my time and energy and finances. I am also really aware I will be 60 next year and I am entering the final stage of my life and time is ever more precious. I feel so grateful for life and the richness of my journey so far, and gratitude is definitely my strongest guide. I am also aware that inner development and evolution takes time and work, and I need to be able to give more time to both, and that is my greatest passion and I need to follow it with all my energy and passion balancing both the inner and outer expression of this work.I look forward to the next chapter and again following my deepest passion and heart as I have always done, by setting up and running NHR Organic Oils and the Mill Retreat Centre. So thank you for all your support and custom, and shared love of these precious organic oils, and for all the amazing feedback for people staying at the Mill Retreat Centre where such transformation and deep developmental work has taken place.With gratitude and love to you and all our journeys so far, and to the most precious thing of all - life itself, and the love and friendships and amazing families that I am surrounded by; my work family at NHR and the Mill, I feel so grateful for the beautiful people who I work with, my blood family and my son, and my spiritual family and work with Michal Levin. I feel such richness inside and gratitude for it all, and I know only too well how challenging life is too.
