 I'm having trouble placing an order online. What should I do?

 If you're experiencing issues while ordering:
  •  Make sure the vat button is ticked (UK orders).
  •  Try using a different web browser.
  •  Double-check your address for use of special characters, extra spaces, or commas which can cause issues.
  •  If issues persist, please call us — we’re happy to take your order over the phone.

 I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I amend it?
      
      You can place a new order for the missing item.
  1.  At checkout, select ‘Collection’ (free).
  2.  In the Special Instructions box, write: "Add to other order.”
  
 Can I purchase directly from your Brighton store?

        Yes, you’re welcome to purchase directly from our Brighton location. 
      
        While we don’t have a traditional retail shopfront, if you know what you'd like to buy, feel
        free to stop by. A member of our team will be happy to assist you with your order.
        
     We accept both cash and card payments in-store.
