Botanical Name - Anacardium occidentale

Extraction Method - CO2 extraction

Aroma - Mild, nutty

Country of Origin - Burkina Faso

Caution - Avoid with nut allergies

Uses - This oil will provide a smooth texture to your skin helping it to retain moisture due to the high amounts of unsaturated fatty acids. Rich in Vitamin E, it plays a vital role in anti-aging products. Excellent in skincare for issues such as skin infections, warts and fungal infections. In hair care it can be useful for premature greying and falling/thinning hair due to the melanin content. Menopausal sleep issues can be alleviated with cashew nut oil.

Organic Certificate - This oil is certified organic by the Soil Association, which means you can be sure that it has been produced to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The Soil Association’s standards exceed the UK government's minimum requirements for organic products in many areas but particularly in animal welfare, GM and the use of pesticides. Standards are constantly reviewed to ensure they deal with current issues.

All sizes above 100ml are bottled in industry-standard plastic or aluminium, dependent upon shipping location
