Welcome to our NHR Winter Newsletter and SALE
It feels ever more important to hold onto balance in our lives and for our children, and in many ways ever more challenging as the pressures seem to build for us in the world.
Finding balance comes in so many forms and is ever changing, from a clean diet, regular and enjoyable exercise, spending quality time with friends and family, and finding time to deeply connect, both creatively and on an inner level.
These feel like the basics. Then we have our beautiful and powerful friends, organic essential oils and organic base oils to help refine our balance in life or boost our immune systems when ill or help with pain relief, or sooth and calm ourselves and so much more.
When my son can’t sleep or feels anxious he now helps himself to Organic Lavender essential oil and knows to put the same oil on a graze. I use Organic Frankincense or Organic Elemi to help centre myself when things feel out of balance and help breathe more deeply.
I even use lavender in my moisturiser as perfect shaving cream and aftershave.
They are all my everyday ‘friends and family’.

Uses – Mango Butter has a melting point of approx. 26 deg C, it melts wonderfully on the skin. The butter carries antioxidant properties so great for repairing skin. The Mill Retreat Centre News 2023
We have now opened after 2 years and the Mill is now thriving again. The Mill has been completely redecorated and updated, and the barn converted for two new private bedrooms and sitting rooms and kitchen for group leaders or teachers to have their own private space, so it is all looking shiny new and elegant, so all we need is some lovely visitors to come and the corona virus to go away.
