Botanical Name - Daucus carota

Aroma - Rich, dry, earthy

Extraction - Steam distillation

Part of Plant - Dried seeds

Country of Origin - Nepal

Chemical Constituents - Carotol, sabinene, a-pinene

Caution - Potentially sedating. Avoid in pregnancy.

Uses - Optimises healthy elimination of toxins by supporting the liver. May help support the respiratory system by strengthening the mucus membranes. An invaluable beauty oil, it increases tone and elasticity to the skin.

Organic Certificate - This essential oil is certified organic by the Soil Association, which means you can be sure that it has been produced to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The Soil Association’s standards exceed the UK government's minimum requirements for organic products in many areas but particularly in animal welfare, GM and the use of pesticides. Standards are constantly reviewed to ensure they deal with current issues.

Sizes 30ml, 50ml and 100ml are not packaged in the metal tins. Please store these larger sizes in fridge/cool dark area
