Botanical Name - Anethum graveolens

Aroma - Warm, herbal and earthy

Extraction - Steam distillation

Part of Plant - Seeds

Country of Origin - Hungary

Chemical Constituents - D-carvone, a-phellandrene, terpinene

Uses - A helpful oil for regulating disturbed digestion including gas, bloating and constipation. Traditionally used for increasing milk flow in nursing mothers. Effective in sweetening bad breath and curbing the appetite.

Mind & Spirit - Said to be supportive to the nervous system when overwhelmed.

Organic Certificate - This essential oil is certified organic by the Soil Association, which means you can be sure that it has been produced to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The Soil Association’s standards exceed the UK government's minimum requirements for organic products in many areas, but particularly in animal welfare, GM and the use of pesticides. Standards are constantly reviewed to ensure they deal with current issues.

Sizes 30ml, 50ml and 100ml are not packaged in the metal tins. Please store these larger sizes in fridge/cool dark area
