Caution - Phototoxic. Avoid sunlight and sunbeds for at least 12 hours after use on the skin
Uses - Soothing and uplifting to the nervous system. Encourages the appetite and is nourishing by helping to absorb nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Supports the digestive system and stimulates gastric secretions. Great for using in a vapouriser when in recovery from illness e.g. chronic fatigue. Useful astringent for oily skins.
