It is particularly helpful to the nervous system, especially in helping with stress, anxiety and insomnia. 
It can be helpful to relieve the itching and redness of acne, and help with candida, dermatitis, dry skin, dull skin, eczema, scar tissue and stretch marks.
Also a popular perfume ingredient due to its sweet floral woody aroma.
